Finding clothes that fit

I once again had to deal with all the clothes in the world made for normal (little) people.  I know you guys on here have to also have this same problem.  If you need to buy a nice dress shirt in a pinch, good luck.  I have to go to a bachelor party Saturday so I was going to get a new summer dressy outfit.  I went to the mens wear house and left disappointed. They didn't have one shirt that was 46" chest with a neck over 18".   I laughed my ass off when the salesman told me I was a 44.  I said I don't think so.  He made me try a 44 on and I couldn't even button it up.  ALL the guys in there were laughing.  I think most of them were a little (woo hoo) if you know what I mean.  The one guy was all like "OMG you're like a body builder, most guys stomachs are bigger than there chests". In a super flamboyant way.  Long story short they had nothing that fit and I was surrounded by gawking dudes.  Me and my wife ran out of there!  Nothing against mens wear house.

Yeah.... I don't so much have the chest to waist thing going on that you do, Nick,
But it is STILL tpugh to get good fitting clothes.
