245 x 10
265 x 8
275 x 8

Been sick last couple days but fealt strong, quick question on the diet though I know my fat was too high but I would like to get my protein to around 300 grams a day. Would 75 grams in a single shake be too much for the body to absorb?

Your lean mass is probably ok to take that size shake post workout or first thing in the AM. Other than that I would probably do around 50g per shake if you are doing a shake, or 8oz of meat if you are doing lean meat.

Good workout, strong chest.

As long as you have the energy, and it doesn't wear you down, I say go for it.
