Sundey nite the family met, for a birthday, at one of those asian buffet places.
Good grief, I haven't ingested that much protien in one sitting in quite some time!

Don't you mean "carbs" Bob? ie; rice, noodles, wan-tans, veggies...protien is a non-issue in most Asian diets...at least from animal sources. Soy and/or tofu may be another issue... [/quote] |

Yeah, we have a place called China Moon right next to our neighborhood, and its an all you can eat buffet. Man, that is some good stuff when you are hungry! they always have Shrimp, Chicken and some sort of crab/lobster stuff out, along with those warm doughnuts that have a sugar coating.... man I am getting hungry typing this....
