Actually there were 4 - 100 watt litebulbs at the source...pics came out as I intended...I have a very dark tan. Training very hard and heavy at this point. All groups are comming up in unison. Really happy with the calves as they were my hardest by far to bring up....and now my forte'! Torture IS a good thing! Post more soon. Funny thing. Saw my doc 'bout 3 weeks ago...and she looks at me and she says..."What are yOU all buffed-out for?"..."Gonna win the...(blank) local and VERY important show or what...? She say's " My son-in-law has been competing down in Florida for years now, and you look bigger than he does...and he uses GH...!
(I have NEVER laughed SO hard in my life before)...
So when are YOU guys gonna post some to back up that smack you throw around so freely...?...EH?
                            Keep it real...
                                                      Jack.

Nobody is doubting the quality of your physique or work ethic. Just your photography. Congrats on calf progress. Calf work is brutal when you really hit it. I wouldn't post a pic of my big toe right now.

To be honest I wouldn't know how our Canadian team is doing as I refuse to watch/support the Olympics (just a bunch of political hypocrites running the organization).

No I couldn't be on the team anyway as a) they don't have BBing, b) it's tested and I couldn't pass the test with a prepubescent school girls urine!, c) Oh ya I'm a pro BB so I'm out anyway, as this "sporting organization" is for amatures only. Unless you're in the US and need a win so you whine to get you pro basketball players a bye into the Olympics so they have a chance against all the amature teams.

If there was a Neandertal Olympic sport don't you worry we would both be involved/competing along with MnB...

Now as for those depends....send me a price list, or your sources Email.

I tried out for the Grand Master's Special Olympics. My events were the "400 Meter Stroll, "Find Your Way Home Without Stopping to Ask Directions" and "Finish Peeing Before You Put It Away". Didn't  make the cut..

Geeze I thought for sure you would have gone out for the "100 foot walker shuttle". My all time best event is the "sit on the porch and rock/yell at the kids biathlon". However even though I was a shoe in to make the team they brought in a ringer from another country to ensure the win.......GAWD DAMN YOUNG-UNS!!!!!!!!1

Ny event is the Seated Lap Pullups for time.... I don't mean to brag....

p.s., I hear you on the Basketball pros  vs. Joes in the Olympics, I don't get it. Seems to me they let in pros from tennis and beach volleyball as well.....wtf?

And also triathalon....I had always thought that the Olympics were ONLY for amatures, and as such it was used as a stepping stone into the pro ranks. IMO the IOC is such a BS organization with no ethics at all unless something makes 'em look bad then and only then they are all about ethics in sports.

It's just as well they don't have bodybuilding as innane as the judging is. Maybe they get mxed up about which sport is which.... they direct a panel of gymnastic judges to a booth by the diving platform. "I wonder why they sent us here? Oh, well...."

Did they really do this? Gawd what a screw up!

What I find so damned baffling about the IOC and their stand on the ethics issue is that it's ok for athletes to use new "secret" high tech equipment for their sport that will give a big advantage to the athlete using it, or allow for one country to use new high tech training systems/science, but the other countries that can't afford this sport science are screwed.

Hell I even know of an athlete that was selected to go to the Olympics based on his nationals/Olympic qualifier only to be bumped from the team due to an athlete being brought in from another country. Said athlete was even fast tracked to getting his citizenship as well as having all his expenses paid for, and this NEVER happens in Canada IE an athlete having their expenses paid. Our athletes need to hold down a job as well as train for their given sport in order to just get by and if by chance they see some sponser money then great.

There's no ethics in sport and I wish the IOC would give up their stand on this issue, as fairness in sports or any walk of life for that matter is FAR from fair or ethical!

Things are rather fucked-up at the Oly"s these days. A good example would be the USA's men's Basketball team (full pro and then some)! The thing now a days is that any Country can "bid" and purchase a 'pro" athelete from another Country to perform on their team at an amature level at the Olympics...
