took a little bit to load, but I can see them too.
Like I said before Jack, your a rock dude! You have awesome upper body thickness in your shoulders/chest, I think your side chest post is your strongest.

6 ft (i may appear shorter when lying down  ) cold... 233lbs (for the moment) Bis=19 1/2 calves= 21 1/2 quad= 26 3/4 f/a = 14 waist = 31 chest = 48 3/4 |

OK...things at the moment are weird. What I am saying is the last 4 to5 weeks I have increased my caloric intake by 200-to 300 total cals/day(70% protien and 30% carbs) and i'm still cutting (w/out trying). I rarely do cardio (but I do only rest about 20-30 seconds between sets) My weight is still moving upwards and I'm still getting more and more cut...  My enhancments are minimal at BEST! |
