Yeah PS, I'm finally getting the hand of it. I wish I would have learned this a year ago, I would have been ready to compete this year in May. But I will find a competition (novice/ amatur) in September or something. Or I could just stay clean for a year and see what happens for Wisconsin Naturals 2010.
Not sure yet. Half of me wants to be super lean and cutt, the other half wants to have great size. Hopefully, by August or september I can find a happy medium so I do not have to diet supper hard if I do decide to do the Naturals.
Not sure yet, but the above plan works for me. I will swap some things out, such as rice with a medium potato and the Nitro T3 to straight Tribulus or S.A.N T3. Also proteins may be swapped out depending on funds. Food will remain the same, cycling through high carb days and low carb days. I have not yet mastered that yet, but I am understanding my portions and eating out.
Learning alot about my self. Oh yeah, cheat days are simply adding more food of what I am already eating.
Your doing great Theo! Good job on laying out your nutrition, now just stick with it bro, and tweak it if need-be.
I can understand your struggle with wanting to be big, or ripped, and it is hella hard to do both! I would work on peeling off the bodyfat, see what we are working with, and (in the future) do a gradual clean-bulk. You have a affinity to put on bodyfat quickly, so your ability to gain weight is not an issue, just make sure the gain in the future is slow and quality.
But back to NOW! Your layout looks great, cycling through the higher and lower days of carbs is a great way to shed fat. Play around with the days High versus Low until you get it right. I would shoot for 1-2 low days in a row, maybe even three if you can handle it, and then a high day. I would keep your essential fats up during those low days also. Cardio=low/medium intensity (>130'ish bpm) for a little longer duration (30-60min).
Looking forward to seeing your transformation bro!
