Trying to put some mass on. I am a paramedic and work for 12 hr. There is no room in the ambulance for a cooler for food, ect... The meals that I miss, should I do a MRE, I dont think doing my ON 100% Whey is good enough. Is Muscle Milk like a meal replacement??  Paul

Hey buddy,

Depending on your bodytype, definately add in a Meal Replacement of some type. If you are trying to stay lean or a Meso/Endomorphic then stick with leaner formula like a 100% Whey with some fish oil or flax oil (the oils can provide energy while the protein can be spared), if you are ectomorphic or trying to gain then put a decent protein/carb replacement like Labrada's Lean Body, Myoplex, or any other balanced MRP (take a packet type so you just have to tear open, throw in a shaker with some water and pound it). Definately add in something though, try not to go more than 3 hours without a meal no matter what.

Hope that helps!
