And shit I feel great

I was tired, run down and not only that i cracked my ankle a few weeks back and snapped both my thumbs recently (Don't ask!) and giving my body time to recover has made me feel great!
Cannot wait to get back in the gym tho. I need to devise a new diet consisting of more fruit and veg and a generally healthier appraoch also the same goes with my training regime.
My posting here (as well as any online time) has been awful, but i need to get back into it.
