And shit I feel great Cheesy I was tired, run down and not only that i cracked my ankle a few weeks back and snapped both my thumbs recently (Don't ask!) and giving my body time to recover has made me feel great!

Cannot wait to get back in the gym tho. I need to devise a new diet consisting of more fruit and veg and a generally healthier appraoch also the same goes with my training regime.

My posting here (as well as any online time) has been awful, but i need to get back into it.

Cheers guys

Good for you, Beef!
I keep trying to take a week or so off, but the day
comes and I head out to the gym.
My elbows and my left foot could use the time off...

IMO change is as good as a rest, so if I'm feeling tired or not into training then I make some changes to my workout and my enthusiasm is back!!
