If you were to read the original Pumping Iron (Ed Corney on the cover) you would know that way back in the 70's bodybuilding was HUGE in that country, as they hosted the Mr. Universe contest and had a team compete as well. In fact bodybuilding has been one of their biggest sports in that part of the world for 40+ years.
