So should I consume my creatine prior to and after training with my protein, wile also consuming the NO Explode during? Then just take my Lipo 6 +3 hours before and +3 hours after?
I think that may just work.
Also the Omega pills, should I get them in at night with my cassin protein?
Personally I just take my creatine in the AM with all my other supps. If NO explode is designed similar to the NO2 drink I use it will have creatine added in as well. Ya take the lipo a couple times during the day like breakfast and mid afternoon. Now as far as the omega pills go after you finish with those I suggest that you just buy flax oil (not pills just plain old oil) and add it into a couple of your shakes throughout the day. IMO the pills are a huge waste of money.
