Hey guys/ gals,

I purchased NO2 Explode several weeks ago and before it go to waste, I wanted to know how I should take it in conjunction with my other supps. My list are as follows:

0700: Animal Pak (Multivitamin)
1200: Lipo 6, creatine, protein, glutamine (Pre workout)
1400: Protein, creatine, glutamine (postworkout)
1900: Lipo 6
0030: Omega 3

I wanted to add no2 and glucosamine in here somewhere. The box said not to stack NO2 and with other stuff.

What do you think?

Well if this is the powder that mixes with water then I suggest that you drink it as you train, and yes it tastes bad but you'll get used to it!! I use Nox Stak by PVL and it tastes rough but I've gotten used to it and always take while I'm training as it really does help me maintain energy while i train as well as allow for great pumps and sick vasularity!

I think that may  just work.

Also the Omega pills, should I get them in at night with my cassin protein?

Personally I just take my creatine in the AM with all my other supps. If NO explode is designed similar to the NO2 drink I use it will have creatine added in as well. Ya take the lipo a couple times during the day like breakfast and mid afternoon. Now as far as the omega pills go after you finish with those I suggest that you just buy flax oil (not pills just plain old oil) and add it into a couple of your shakes throughout the day. IMO the pills are a huge waste of money.

p.s. is right, those flax pills are a waste, you have to take a shitload to equal just one tablespoon of the liquid, if you cant find flax near you, hit me up and I will ship it to you.

Your NOXplode has some Creatine Ethyl Ester in it, a minimal amount, but some to help get you through your workout. Drink half about 30-45 minutes prior and sip the rest throughout your workout.

I throw 5-10g creatine in my post-workout shake so I get that hit of Creatine afterwards when my body is ripe and prime for it. Also, like p.s. throw a teaspoon in your morning shake and night-time shake.
