DAMN! He won't be benching again for a long, long time! Unfortunately, that sometimes is the price we pay when pushing our bodies far beyond the max. I really couldn't tell if that was initially a severe pec sepperation that caused what seemed to be a full rotator dislocation...or if his humerous broke at the shoulder...that just sucked!!
