Hey all, just got back. I won the Heavies and overall. Weighed in at a measly 203 but still beat out guys 15-20lbs heavier. The middle and light heavies were CRAZY conditioned, probably the best I have seen in a show yet. I would not have wanted to have judges those classes!

Well done. Better condition, much better overall balance and symmetry than the other 2. Smaller waist and much better ab separation iced it.

Thanks guys, yeah Bill was there, a ball of fire as usual. That guy is amazing!

On my mission to light it up again this upcoming weekend. The competition will be larger in numbers and size, so I have my work cut out for me! A couple competitors that are consistantly winners at shows are going to be competing, so I may have to humble myself for a less-than-first placing. Maybe.....

WOO HOO! Well done Bruce! Man I can't believe you were only 203, I would have thought 210 or so. Great conditioning too. More ass kicking next weekend!

Bill is one of my favorite BBs and possibly one of the greatest of all time, and ya he's amazing. He's gotta be in his 80s now I would think. Man if I can have half that mans energy at that age I'll be very happy.

Excellent! Smaller waist, better latt flare, great quad sepperation and great symmetry! Especially in the front poses! Great trophy BTW!...(i want one!) You are gonna be sooo dialed-in for the Iron Man bro! Shoot! Even if the compitition IS bigger, you can still knock 'em down with better over-all conditioning and posing! ..............DO IT!!
