Just would like to say thanks to Bruce for the hook ups. I had a good meet this past Saturday down in Medford Oregon. I opened up on the bench with 578.5 then 617.2 on my second and 644.7 on the third. All lifts got three white lights and I pushed my WABDL Oregon State record in the open and submasters 259lb weight  class up with that 644. I tried to break the world record in our federation(672) by doing 677 and I almost had it.

So for now, just going to take a few weeks off and chill with my wife and kids. I neglect them enough when I go to the gym and get ready for meets. So now I need to be the best husband and father until the next meet comes around hahaha! Aloha

Great job on those lifts and setting the new record. I'm quite sure that 677 will happen at the next meet, and will be a second or third attempt. Now go enjoy the family!!
