yeah they are finally back, it felt GOOOD to do them again. back is getting stronger so the weights can slowly move up.

currently doing 5day split and 25-40min cardio each day on Xtrainer.

must remember to update this thing after i've trained, lol. whoops.

diet and training still going well, just don't have time to be on the boards now i'm working a bit more and decieded to make myself a student again.

deadlift going back up again, not the 400lbs i used to throw around but 350ish instead, bench upto 220 again and squats staying good at 300. damn injuries take away ur strength fast.

Ya injuries are a pain, but remember this is bodybuilding so strength is not the main goal here. Make sure you train strictly with solid form and you should be able to avoid most injuries.
