Ok if Coneytt is doing it, i'm gonna post whore again. LOL
If queenie is REALLY nice (hell freezing over?) i might post pictures
Currrently sitting at bout 250ishlbs, but dont give a monkey on weight just looks.
Had a month break recently because i had to move house again....3times in a year is too bloody much!
On 4day split with 1day just cardio/abs
Back Shoulders Legs Chest Cardio/abs
Spending ALOT more time on the cardio and pushing it when i'm doing it rather than just sitting on my arse.
Diet is very simple because it works, 6meals a day. 3liquid,3solid. basic meats and carbs and efas. In past 3weeks @ new gym i've lost weight as i can see more in my legs and shoulders.
Will keep ya'll upto date on how i'm going.

Good job on the workouts, but what about arms? The diet looks like you're on the right track, and you should get solid results.
As far as moving so much......why?

I hate doing higher reps deads and miss doing 1's and 2's at 400+lbs but I know this way is better for me Felt good throughout the workout, now completly knackered.

Smart move as it's reps/TUT that builds muscle and singles really don't do much except make for a big ego (unless you're a PL of course), and greatly increase chance for injury.

Jugg make sure you consume enough priten, fats and overall calls to support that work load and also ensure you get loads of rest. If you do as I say here then you should grow like a weed.

Rest is gooood, i love my sleep IMO the best place for EFAs is flax oil, and it's cheap (as long as you don't buy the caps). Just add a tablespoon to each shake to start with and slowly up it over the course of a few weeks to 2 tablespoons per shake.

Not done n/breakers in a while so did little weights to get used to the movement again. Still moving around the gym slowly with my back atm, but after a week of cardio and no weights I can't not lift anymore. Diet is still going well, mainly shakes because of time and $$. Still eating good protein and carbs throughout the day though with only cheating once a week. Onto another day 2morrow.

All in all a solid workout, but I would advise a few more reps on most of your lifts and in particular arms. With arms go for the pump as they see more than enough heavy stimulation with rowing and pressing etc.
