Lookin forward to it. You are close enough to be dialed in, no trouble. This is just me, but I like to do hamstrings unilateral for any of the curls.
I agree with this! I always train ham curls like this (last 2 years). This works. It makes for a slab of "peaked" muscle that just seems to "hang" on the back of your upper thigh. Great in the "side poses". Add quad/ham seperation to this and you got a winner! Maintain big calves at the same time or it just won't look rite.
