As you all know, DQ and I split, and it did a number on me. I lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time, and it probably hindered my ability to do good in these upcoming shows. I took some pics on the 13th and today would be 7 weeks out from my first show. I think I am gonna just say fuck it and do it!

Ya look good boss and in all honesty whatever weight you may have lost was BF and not much if any muscle, so ya do your shows. It will give you something to focus on other than the breakup etc!

I think you look great bro. Looks as though you may have turned the "loss" into drive and motivation as your quads, bi's/tri's and lats look bigger and better than at your first show buddy! I agree...do the show(s)! This is the first I have heard of the split b/tween DQ and yourself! Very sorry to hear that! Good luck to you BOTH! J. *check pm soon...

HC after reviewing those pics again I would like to see you put more work into your hammies as those quads of yours are overpowering even from the back, so I would suggest that you only do maint work on the quads and make hammies the priority on leg day.

Agreed ps, I have been doubling up on hammy work. I really dont do anything for my quads anymore anyways. Squats and extensions, thats it.

I would make hammies the priority in leg training by hitting them first, and then only moderate squatting, but hammer the extensions (one can never have enough quad seperation!!), and maybe add in walking lunges instead of squats...?

Will do brother, squatting has been held to less than 400lbs for the last couple of months anyways, going for good quality reps. I will definately hammer the extensions and lunges, and bring in 2-3 movements for my hammies.

Lookin forward to it. You are close enough to be dialed in, no trouble. This is just me, but I like to do hamstrings unilateral for any of the curls.
