You are right, I need to slow down and focus. I will have to adjust some how. I'm just use to hitting the gym at my leisure, not only when I have the time.
(Ok, focus, motivate, and do work son!)
Shit in the past when my kids were young and time was a huge issue I would hit the gym at 0400, and even now when I work 12 hour shifts I only average 5 hours sleep so I can fit in my workouts. If you want something bad enough you will find a way to achieve it.

Okay guys, it's been crazy these last two weeks with the busy work schedule and all. But Yesterday was my first day back in and now i feel better. I have a new schedule:
Saturday Legs /calves Sunday Chest /tris (abs) Monday Back /bis/ (calves) Thursday Shoulders /abs
I should be able to get some (1 hour) cardio in on Tuesday and Friday mornings. (so six cardio days, four 25 min sessions, and two 45 minute sessions).
Unless I'm tired then those extra two sessions will be a no go.
Thnks for bearing with me during my moping session. People do not believe how hard it is to be out of the gym against your own will can be on a person.

How's it going guys, I just don't get it....
Well, I'm losing bf (I THINK) and my diet is on point still. I have not been training as hard due to the time off and not really getting back in after the other day,
-so you all may be saying so what's the issue??
Well I'm baffled because like I said, dropping bf in my waistline, but the pounds are hanging on along with the bf in my legs. My waist is the only thing really dropping. I thought you can't spot reduce, and BF has to be lost from eveywhere. Maybe because my waist was/is the biggest source of bf it is attacking there first.
Also I was told that the skin only has so much elasticity, and that I will still have saggy skin when I get close to competition time.
WTF, is all of this for nothing?
On a different note, I told my wife if my schedule wasn't so shitty, I think with the new diet and continuous training I would have been down to 260-265 by now. I believe it man, I started dieting for real May 11th, and prior to that I was still dropping weight like crazy. But then I started this internship May 2nd, and the weight loss stopped due to only 4 hours of sleep a day. I figured I would still drop weight due to the continuous movement for +18 hours, but I guess sleep is more important. Well, only eight more weeks to and I'm good.
Well I added a few supps, I added Trib to help my overall mood, and I also added ZMA too. Since taking the ZMA my sleep has been unbroken, but previously I would wake up every hour on the hour out of fear of oversleeping and missing my internship. I am now taking the fat pills along with eating tuna from the can and pistachio nuts. (I know they are the healthiest, but they taste good and are a treat for me).
So with the added supps things look like this:
Meal 1 (0800-0900)
5 egg whites and oatmeal protein shake (2 scoops) Trib
Meal 2 (1030-1130)
Protein shake apple (2 scoops) vitamins
Meal 3 (1230-1330)
Tuna, Apple (2 scoops), Lipo 6
Meal 4 (1500-1600)
Protein shake apple (2 scoops) Apple Pistachios Nuts Trib
Meal 5 (1730-1830)
Chicken breast and 1 cup of rice/ Sweet Potato
Meal 6 (2000-2100)
Chicken breast Protein shake apple (2 scoops) , Lipo 6
Meal 7 (2300-2400)
Cassin Protein shake (2 scoops) ZMA

Theo, props on your dieting bro. Just like clock work! The only thing that I would try at this point (as it worked very well for me) would be to increase your protien even moreso with added water and cut back on your carbs to very minimal. This will send you into "ketosis", which means that your body will burn stored "fat" for energy. You will know when you are doing it right because you will have this strange "taste" in your mouth all of the time. This is normal. After 2 weeks you will see a marked difference. Make sure that you continue to see a doc. as you are really stressig your body/heart with all of that cardio (being a bit of a heavier fellow)...be careful my man! Jack.

I agree with JT cut the carbs back and up the protein and EFAs, and you'll see faster results. Also your energy will be better as your blood sugar and thusly insulin levels will be much more stable. Keep plugging away....you're doing great big guy!

If I take out the added carbs, i.e. yogurt, apples & pistachios it will take me under 2000 calories. I'll add one more shake and one more chicken breast. Then that only leaves:2424 cals, 83g carbs and 422g protein. (80%pro, 16% carb, 4% fat)
I guess it works, but man I got a feeling I'm going to starve.
Also in my last post, I addressed the comments of my skin elasticity being to stretched out and I would still have alot of bf even after dropping even more weight. (IS THIS TRUE)? I know I see ronnie and those superhuman guys do it, but can plain ol me do that?

Haha! We won't let you starve Theo! Tho you will feel hungry the first week (7 days) of this new diet plan. All normal. Been there, done that bro! Your body will still be getting the needed escentials. Ketosis will burn bodyfat better than crack cocain! 4 to 6 weeks on...1 week off...repeat, etc. As long as it takes as this never gets tired...

4% fat.....are you NUTS!! With low carbs you need to up the fats IE EFAs (flax oil) or you'll feel like crap. Also 2400 cals aint enough for a guy your size so I would suggest that you bump it up to 2800-3000 using flax oil to make the caloric increases needed. Shit when I diet my cals are 3300 with 500 grams of protein (2000 cals), 50-80 grams carbs (200-240 cals) and the remainder of my cals come from fats IE about 110 grams (1000 cals), and I get very peeled doing this. Much more so than I ever did using the high carb approach back in the 80s and my energy, strength, and over all mood is far better with high fat. Remember protein and fat are essential while carbs are at best conditionaly essential (only if you have a high aerobic output, but we are anaerobic athletes we don't need much in the way of carbs).

You are right PS.
I had it posted in another tread, but for some odd reason I forgot to add that those numbers did not include my flax oil. With the flax it would take me up another few hundred calories and bump my fat % up too.
Thanks for the reply. I plan to hit this plan up when I'm done with my department's in-service. Seeing that I am not in any stable location due to training and continuous activity, I am not allowed to bring lunches nor eat on the range etc. So I will hit this starting Sunday.
Holla guys and thanks for your help. I was going to post picks but man they were too bad to post.
