Hello all,

I just dropped in.  I'm usually on CJM so I've already seen a few familiar names.  Site looks great so far.

Cheesy Thanks Jack and Hardcore.  Hey Jack how are things?  I spoke with Jack before Hardcore, but just to let you know I'm an "old guy" that just started bbing in April of last year.  I am now totally immersed into this stuff and just can't get enough info on training, aas, supps, you name it.

Thanks again for the welcome, gotta go to work.......later.

Things are going great except the pain in my shoulder area.  Gonna get to physio on Mon or Tues and see what's going on there.  Just took a week off and started back yesterday but a little too soon I think.  Will just do legs for now and wait it out.  It's getting better at least.

Can't wait to get it healed so I can start my test/tren cycle!
