Welcome to the site,
You must be more specific if you plan on getting any decent advise. Age, years training, stats, prior use, etc. We dont know what your working with here to be able to point you in the right direction.

Well that was a start Ben, but we need more info like how you eat, train, any supplements you're currently taking and general lifestyle, as you could be shooting yourself in the foot if any of these areas are not on target with regards to growth/strength. So take the time and give as much detailed info as you can. Thanks.

In terms of my diet I try and eat between 5-6 times a day, during the off season i will up my protin intake to try and keep up with my weights schedual. My training compises of three plyometric/cardio workouts a week and im normally in the weights room everyday. My weights routiens are split by body parts Day 1 legs and core, Day 2 chest and Biceps, Day 3 Back and triceps Day 4 Shoulders ... back to day 1. Im only taking your run of the mill whey protien at the moment but i take creatine in the off season.

My advice would be to learn more about the game before even contemplating use. At your age you can gain plenty of size and power without cycling steroids but by simply adjusting your diet and training regime.
By the sounds of it you're diet could do with a tune up (From the basics given) and I'm sure if you post your training split there are improvements to be made there.
Why not post a sample diet for say 3 days in a row, and your training for those days and let the guys have a look because as with everything in life you really need to start at the basics and work upwards.
