I'm lookin' at grilled tunafish sandwiches, and chilli.

I'm hoping someone has some GOOD ideas for me.....
Don't get me wrong... I LOVE chilli and grilled t/f sandwiches, but
I AM open to other ideas! Grin

Live goldfish.

Actually, a grilled tuna sandwich is a thing of beauty.
A well made chili is a dynamite complete meal. I use chunks of lean meat instead of ground. Beef is standard, but pork loin is great... venison is awesome. I like black beans or red kidney beans, or both. lots of assorted spices, peppers, onion, garlic, plus the tomato base. A little safflower or olive oil.

How about dropping a flank steak into a ziplock bag with some teriyaki merinade overnight.  Then grill it, slice it thin and eat it plain or put it on a whole wheat bun with some onions and peppers sauteed in olive oil with a pinch of dried chili peppers and maybe some garlic!!

Of course it's hard!!  If it were easy, everybody would do it.
