Hi everyone,

Would you consider pre breakfast cardio effective in terms of:

a) A bodybuilder
b) Someone trying simply to reduce bodyfat

And reasons for the answers would be great, I'm just trying to learn what I can of this at the moment.

For fat loss then either Am cardio or post workout cardio is best. If you're trying to grow then no I'm not a cardio fan.
