What would be the best 2 or 3 exercises to start out with for the next few weeks for your back, just to get back into the swing of things.

Deadlifts (don't get in a hurry to go heavy)
Barbell rows
Chins, if you can. If not, pulldowns.

No matter what you do ease into back training, work hard on form and make sure that you get a full range of motion and solid contractions first and foremost.

^ Yes very true ease your way up ! I tried going balls to walls and hurt myself coming back it'll only slow you down more getting injured .Be smart and know your limits (body wise)  .Concentrate on good form to get back in things .
