I went off cycle about 2 months ago and like an idiot I didn't plan my post cycle well at all.  Actually, it's not that I didn't plan it, but something got fucked up, use your imagination.

So now I'm stuck with no nothing and wanna get my test boosted as much as possible using natural means.  I've heard zinc, DHEA, ZMA (which I know has zinc) can help.  I've read sunlight and sexual activity help as well.  What I wanna know, bros, is WHAT ELSE can I do?  Someone please help me!

P.S.  I wish there was a scammer forum on here because I know a guy I'd like to put on it even though I'm going to see if I can't get him to take a dirt nap.

It's only gear so really as much as one can get pissed about being scammed it really doesn't warrant doing a life bit for murder.

Now as for your question I feel that the use of tribulus at a minimum of 3 grams per day should/will assist you in getting your natty test levels back up to normal. Generally I have guys run trib throughout their cycles and well past PCT (test taper and nolva) to assist with test production, and anyone who has followed this little protocol has had solid results.

You could go back on a small dose of test prop for 4-6 weeks then taper off using nolva all the while running trib at 3 grams per day, or just run the trib. Either way though be patient, and remember that to a degree this situation is in part your fault as well for not having all your PCT compounds on hand prior to starting the cycle.

Run the tribulus and be patient. And don't forget the lesons learned.
