So tell me....

Is my ridiculously high blood pressure retarding, or limiting, my gains in size or strength?
In the last year I have noticed, mostly in my upper body, some gains in size and shape and I have recently
started hitting the treadmill to help shed some of my "Redundant Nutritional Reserves". I look into some sort
of help with supplemental help with this - cytolean and the like - but it seems that these sorts of supps
will most likely raise my b/p even more. In the past..... before blood pressure issues, I have had good success
with Xenedrine.

How high is "ridiculously" high? Your size and strength gains are of little importance if you have a stroke. Are you on meds? Get the flab down. Don't mess with stimulants. Do it with diet and cardio. See your Dr.

It could be worse, but you certainly don't want it to stay that high.  Dropping the flab and adding cardio will almost certainly help some, but you may be one who needs a bit of medicine to keep it in check. I'm not a doctor, of course. Be sure you see one.

I agree with MnB as well...It's time to lose some of that goo you're packing around, and learn to eat clean. As far as supps go I've read that niacin (B3) is good for this condition, and NO2 supps have been shown to help with increased nitric oxide production thus assisting with vascular diseases like hardening of the arteries.

Get on the internet and do some research on these and other supps as well as learn all you can about high BP, and never just let any Dr have the final word without you making a concious effort to understand what is going on.
