I have used "fat burner" pills as part of my pre-workout cocktail for a long time just for the energy kick, and at no other time (currently use 2 Lipo-6 pills preworkout with my creatine).  This has always seemed to work well for me.  I am currently training somebody who does something similar, but is very sensitive to Caffeine (cuts pills with only 84mg in half) and am looking for a good alternative for them.  Does anybody have a recommendation for something that will have similar effect on giving that slight boost in energy levels, but doesn't have the caffeine?  Thanks in advance Smiley

Almost all have caffeine, I havent had any success with the B vitamin based drinks for energy. Not sure what you will find out there.

I'm with ya on that....I really haven't seen anything without caffeine either.  Some have less amounts of caffeine, but that is about all I have found.....if you do find anything though definitely let us know.  I would be interested as well.  Smiley

I would think that these new B vitemin supps for energy would only work well for those people that tend to live on fast food.

This is very true. B vitamins will give anyone a blast of energy if they are deficient in them. Someone already on a good food plan and multivitamin supplementation would get little from them, if anything. I don't know if any energy supps that don't contain caffeine or something similar like theophylline (tea) or theobromine (chocolate/cocoa) They are chemically very similar to caffeine, and someone caffeine sensitive would respond the same.
