I am not sure on how to target my lower chest with cable flyes. It seems either i am squeezing the upper or mid chest but for some reason not the lower chest, I mean lower chest where our man nipples are located. The cable fly machine has a settings between 1 - 13. I set the setting to 7 or 6 which is the middle, but it doesn't seem to get the lower chest. I asked some guys in the gym and it was recommended at half way. When doing the exercise I am using the mind muscle connection. Does any one know what is the correct setting for the cable flyes for lower chest. I also do decline bench, dips, pull over, lats pull down, and serratus pull down, and iso peck deck press. Plus I am on a strick control diet.....

Sorry Jay, but machine cable flyes aren't excactly known as mass builders.
You'll get something out of them though.
You DO have your lowers covered pretty good with the list of moves you prodided.

Just pic one solid pressing movement for lower pecs and hammer the shit outta them. If you are needing to target this area then do any lower chest work first in the routine and then follow up with incline press and finish with bench press. As far as a stretch exercise goes like pec dec or fly's save them for last and only do one stretch exercise, as pressing should be the foundation of your chest routine.
