James "Flex" Lewis Wins 2007 British Nationals
 
New Team Gaspari Athlete James" Flex" Lewis won his class and the Overall at this weekends 2007 British Nationals earning his IFBB Pro Card.



Flex also proposed to his fiancee Shina onstage.
I'm assuming she said yes Smiley

I know I saw this as well in MD etc and I had always thought that guys would get "dinged" for such obvious gyno. What's next gyno so bad that a guy needs a training bra? I'm all for the use of gear etc for non-tested competition, but come on guys obvious gyno makes the sport look bad!

That being said both guys otherwise have great physiques, and should do well in the pro level.

That Ben White has a great physique, but MAN is he ever conceited. Did you read the interview with him in MD? He ALREADY thinks he's the greatest ever without having competed once in the IFBB - in fact his nickname is 'The Greatest'. He also states in the article that he started bodybuilding because of his disproportionately large head. Personally, I think his nickname should be Ben 'Big Head' White - it fits perfectly, figuratively and literally.
