Who is gassed up for the winter? I'm up to 3 scoops of Cell-Tech a day. My hair is falling out.

Mmmmm...another couple weeks and I'll start my front loading. Just need one last run through with the doc and I am good to go, expecting some pretty substantial results in lean mass and especially strength as my post surgery recovery (3 months out) with the double hernia is flying through the roof with just a month back, pretty amazing what muscle memory you retain after putting some time in .

Your hair is due to age silly and has nothing to do with any "supplements" you're taking, and ya I may also be suffering with certain hair issues as well (like where to get it cut etc....damn it's tough to be me!)

Women gripe about having a bad hair day. I'm just glad to have a hair day.

Ok what you gotta relize is that with MnB, Jack, and myself we are 1) much older 2) we've been at this for 20-30 years (training) 3) and we are all competitive BBs, so if we talk about using AAS in the off season it's because our natty production of test is low due to our ages and also due to being competitive we are stuck keeping up with our fellow competitors. To be honest I don't think I've known a high level amature or pro BB that ever went completely off, as it would be to much of a set back. Of course I'm only refering to untested BBing federation BBs, and not the guys/gals in the tested shows. Now for you at your current level you only need to concern yourself with building a solid natural base for the next 5 or so years.

i agree completely, i just find the subject quite fasinating. there is so much to this aspect of BB that i had never even thought of and so if i ask a q, it really doesnt mean i am looking for pointers, its just pure curiosity. if you dont want me posting q's in this section, i will stop.
when i was younger i always thought the BB's, wrestlers etc were just naturally huge guys who lifted weights (by saying this i aint taking credit away) i never knew any better, the same goes for the world strongmen who i love watching compete. it was like this until very recently, but now the more i read the more i wanna know.
and i definately didnt know people would stay on year round, but now i understand why-thanks
one question, at what age do you think the current top pro's started enhancements? i saw a pic of markus ruhl when he was 17 or so and then one at 19, man what a diference. at 17 he was a rake, at 19 he was 100kgs and ripped. you think its the same for most of them?

In all honesty Markus is a genetic mutant and as such he could very well have made those gains naturally (however as he is from Europe the chances are more in line with him adding in a bit of "help" at an early age). However I have known some very freaky looking BBs that were natty for a very long time before adding AAS, and as they had a solid base the results were very impressive. No matter what though if you don't bust your ass in the gym for many years and eat a solid diet day in day out then one could take all the AAS they want and they would see minimal results at best. It's all about hard work, discipline and dedication in any endevour that makes one successfull.
