So, given that the forum is starting from scratch. Can someone add -- or post how -- a forum category for Journals, and nutrition? I think a big part of the site is seeing everyone log their progress, follow along and learn from each other. I'm game to resume doing so asap.

We did, but many of the guys answered us in there too! It wouldn't hurt my feelings to not have it again. I could just post in the general! Or in the fitness, or journal area. But if it does show back up, hey that's good too! Grin

It would be nice to get the number of females UP on the board, then we could have more action in the Womens Forum if it went back up. All us members should be trying to recruit new members to this board as often as possible, friends, family, etc.
