This is a partner thread to my protein bar post.  I'm always looking for convenient ways to get my protein into my diet.  If you don't use protein bars, what is your favorite protein source that is portable and convenient to eat?

I'm about 200 lbs and seem to have trouble getting 200g of protein using whole foods.

I absolutely love the Labrada ProV 60 protein.  I put the powder in my hardcore shaker and go throughout my day and fill with water when I'm ready.l  It tastes just like melted ice cream....I prefer the chocolate.   Grin   I also like to eat tuna right out of the can with a little hot sauce.  YUM!

buffalo has a higher protein content than chicken and is leaner....i diet on it.

Whey isolate is my usual protein choice throughout the day and otherwise buffalo if I'm dieting or just some steak or chicken if I'm off season, but generally it's vanilla whey isolate and flax oil.
