So, my knee seems to be doing better, but my entire left elbow is messed up!
However!
I went up to the workout room this morning, and, as chest/triceps was next up in the
rotation, I decided to see what I could do.
I was very suprised to find that I COULD hit chest!
Pec dec, no problem, anything with a bar...... no. But I could do dumbell press and flies no problem!

Triceps?
Tricep kick-backs surprised me here!

So, I should , at least, be able to maintain whilst me elbow heals.

Good that you can find exercises that dont aggrivate your elbow. Be very aware of your injury and make sure it acually heals. It is easy to make a temporary problem turn into a long term issue by a constant aggrivation and not giving it enough time to heal.
