Jay Takes his second Sandow Trophy!

Jay barely squeaked by Vic, but fulfilled his prediction.

I watched most of the show last night on BB.com, and Jay deserved the win, but Victor is on his heals and nipping very hard! Ronnies back was still a total write off (when compaired to the Ronnie of old), and it appears he has a torn lower trap. Oh well Ronnie was given a long standing ovation when he placed and was allowed to address the audience as well. Ronnie retired as one of the greatest champions (Lee Haney would be the other one).

All in all I would say that Jay did deserve the victory but still think Ron should have gotten 2nd place (even though he did look "over-trained and could have been drier (look for Dennis Wolf to be a main contender in the future). seemed like his heart just wasn't in it this time around. It was good to see Dexter placing high though I did not like some of the mens routines...kinda like a cheap male strip club routine. The "O" deserves more class than that imo! Classic posing in this case seems the best choice! Now on the other hand, the womens "O" was much more entertaining to me...better routines and really thick and fresh new muscle comming in (Iris was definately awesome!). Great showing from Sarah Dunlop as well, who for some reason decieded to trim-down here quads which was a bad move for this show (her 1st showing at the "O") should have just been herself and came in thick and peeled. Sarah's routien was very good as well.

I was so happy to see Jay walk away with his first place again.  He definitely deserved it.  However, I had a lump in my stomach the whole time til they called Jay's name because Victor was just lookin so dang good.  He definitley brought his game.  It was also great to see everyone really applaud Ronnie and watch him be able to go with class.  Very great year!
