Hello everyone, I've been training for 7 months now so I am learning and gaining knowledge from just about everyone. I use to weigh 300 pds. Now I am at 248 solid not quite there yet but coming along. I am into full body sculpting and building. My chest, arms, traps, and back is what I work mainly. I am trying my best to get my lower chest there. But I want to give a shout out to my bigger brother for bringing me along.. T.C... If You have any direction and suggestion on lower chest please let me know..

Hey, Jay.
Welcome to the boards.
It's a little slow right now, but when it picks up there is loads of information
to be absorbed, from plenty of knowledgable people..... including an IFBB pro, some professional
quality people, and info from people that have been doing this wacky thing called
bodybuilding for a long time.

Now, personally.... I wouldn't worry too much about your lower pecs just yet.
A lot of guys are lacking in the upper pec region and the lowers get a lot of
attention during flat bench press, which we all love to hit.

Welcome Jay, glad to have you here! Congrats on your transformation so far! Awesome job.

Dont forget about the legs when you do your routine, I notice there was no mention of it. They will help tremendously in all aspects of your transformation. There is a lot of mass that can be put down south, and all that mass is metabolically active, which means it can burn a lot of calories for you.

Anyways, welcome and looking forward to seeing you around!

Yowza and welcome J. Yer doing great so far bro! Keep it in the upper and don't let anyone get you down! This site is NOT famous for it's "flash" ()haha! As u can c), but rather it's informational  and knowledge quality. Gaining muscle and looseing fat have alot in common...ie; they both take dedication, hardwork and of course alot of our time. Your goal is set...stop for NOTHING! JT.
