With trying to put some mass on, which one would you guys choose: Champion Heavyweight 900 gainer or Cyctosport gainer. Should I take one of these right after my routine and/or all the time or stick with a 100% whey protein and a gainer after my routine.  Paul

I would go with 100% Whey Isolates, and a carb like Maltodextrin or Vitargo immediately after your workout, like as your walking out the gym doors heading home. This will provide quality nutrients and a rapid absorption. Then an hour later follow it up with a solid meal like chicken and rice, or turkey and potatoes.

Yes! Whey protien  and Vitagro are an excellent pair! At least 2 grams of protien/per gram of BW. And no more than 400 gms/carbs./day if  your looking to  cut.     Peaeeeeeeeeece!
