5-Methyl-7-Methoxy Isoflavones. Just came across this supplement online but i have never seen it before and am curious to know if anyone has tried it and would it be worth trying or is it just another supplement that has very little or no effects with most people? Sounds interesting from what I've read but would like your opinions.

I don't know the effects it might have on muscle tissue, but Isoflavane is used on post-menopausic women to decrease the calcium absortion rates in bones to prevent early ostheoporosis.

Cheers,

The only way to know if in fact any supplement is going to work for you is to try it for a month and then go off and see if you notice a difference either way.
