Clen does help you cut down but be prepared for the shakes, also make sure you can tell the difference between the pills, .02 and .04(if there are more, i havnt seen them)
I wouldn't bother with clen unless for a contest, and only then as a last resort. As it "mimmicks" adrenaline. If you do decide to use clen and reach the "shakes" part of it, you are taking too much . Back off a bit at this point and you should be OK. Monitor your body temp and when it falls back to "normal" you will then need to increase the dose a bit and so on. 4 to 6 weeks is about average. Also try to dose during your "working hours" as it will keep you from sleeping if taken too close to bedtime.
