Who in your opinion would win,IF Alex can be better then he has ever been in the past could he beat Ronnie since Jay Cutler cant, even though I think Jay should have won some but got screwed by judges but do you think Federov has a chance this year?

He's a big boy. But Ron would kill him. It appears that he has no vascularity. Shoot! Even when I'm resting for 5 or 6 days...i'm still more vascular! ...Jay beat Ronnie in '06  at the "O" hands down...in the dressing room alone...gave Ronnie a look that said imo... sweetheart.., do yourself a favor and DON'T step out on that stage...'cause i'm gonna hand you your ass. After X years!! You must have not seen it yet.  Wink ...OR, are you speaking of this years "O"?

He was hyped to the max by the mags in when he got third as an amateur against Ronnie and Jay in the Russian Grand Prix in '04, then second to Ronnie in '05. But he FLOPPED when he showed up at the O in '05 in shitty condition. He couldnt even place. He is big, yeah, but he cant stay consistant with his condition and his symmetry is off. He will probably never be a threat to the top three in the O.

His small pecs imo are due to genetics. The shape and placement are correct, but the general area that they cover on his ribcage is just plain lacking for any better choice of wordage. Something like this can only be corrected with cosmetic surgery. And there's NO guarenty that it would turn out favorabl at best. (kinda-like the"some peeps have high calf placement, and the one's with the most success as far as developement goes, have the "long muscle bellied" variety).

Yes. Benching too heavy is the main cause of not only pec tears, but even more so...rotator tears! Thease ARE the worst (have had my share) as recovery is so much longer for a shoulder than a less complicated muscle group as a calf, or bicep, tricep, or even quad.

I agree benchpress is not the be all of pec developement, and can really beat up the rotators. I haven't done a barbell bench in years and stick with barbell inclines and hammer bench press for my flat benching (it doesn't cause me much if any pec/shoulder issues).
