You must believe you can win. Unfortunately, to be a pro, everyone else must believe it, also.

M&B makes an excellent point here. "perfection" in the sport of bodybuilding simmers down to this...the "majority" or the un-trained eye, have a certain visual of what the "perfect physique" looks like. Which is why physique contests have gone from looks such as Serge Nubret and Bob Paris to looks as Arnold and Lou, to Dorian and Haney to the present day "ideal" physique" such as of course Ronnie and Jay...massive, vascular, peeled and in Ronnies case extremely strong (to date the strongest BB'er ever around without doubt). We all train to be the best that we can be! Some of us continue to redefine ourselves , some of us , no matter what we do , will only get so far. Those of us who reach the upper echelon and beyond have the "gift" or genetics which we are talking about here. Does this mean that it is good or bad...you decide. The point is ...in this scenario, we have ALL given 100% and then some....all who persist become their best ...a a rare few are blessed with luck and the genetics that can take them beyond the average. You will know when and if you have acheived the above average protacol. Trust me...your friends and even better...people that you don't know will stop you in your tracks to ask you how you got so big, or if you are a "pro" football player (what's really coolabout this is that body builders look WAY better than pro ballers)...etc..
Max-on! Peace! J.
