Thank you so much everyone! We have been munching for the past few days on snack that we went and bought a few days before the comp. It's been strange to not be on an eating schedule. It's been hard too, because when it's lunch time I just kind of stare at the refrigerator like, "uuuhhhh, I don't know what I'm suppose to eat." It's such an odd feeling.

Yeah, I understand totally DQ. Ya know...there is no written law that says that you HAVE to consume large amounts of calories after a comp. You both are in the BEST shape of your lives at this point (literally) and there is absolutely no reason why you have to change your physical condition at this point! For example...Jay Cutler the day AFTER the "O" took no time off from training OR his dieting! He just kept it going...thus giving him the "EDGE" over big Ron in "06". And besides...if you DON'T bulk this time around, your next comp down the road is going to be soooo much eaiser to get into contest for. I can be contest ready in no more than 3 weeks at this point in my training because I prefer to stay on the "leaner" side these days. An experienced BB'er does NOT continually have to eat like a HORSE to look like a CLYDSDALE. If you know what your maintenence calorie need is...all you really need to do is increase that by aprox. 10-15% at the MOST and you will continue to not only get bigger, but what you build will be "quality" mass which equals less dieting-down pre-contest.
OK, I have gone on too long! Anyway...again, you both can put a notch on your belts as "another job well done" ... PEACE! J
