Far out and farking fantastic to you BOTH! Your hard work and dedication has paid off! DQ...you look much harder and defined in this comp as oppossed to last year. You really brought your back up for this one! And HC...your wheels look great. You have some freaky genetics going on there as there is no single excersize that will give someone a quad-sweep like you have! and your torso is nicely shredded as well bro! Nice work to BOTH of you!!

Thank you JT!  Yeah, we both truly put in the work for this year.  Our diets were dialed and with us both tuned into each other and ourselves, I truly believe we did as well as we did due to the team work.  It definitely made me work that much harder.  This last week I didn't give a shit about anyone but myself.  It was way different than last year.  I truly believe that without HC I wouldn't be here.
