Just got asked this question, do fruit and veg count as carbs?
I'm sure fruit does as a lot of people have bananas before or after etc but what about veg?

fruits and veggies are complex carbs and are an excellent healthy choice.
As a vegetarian I eat a lot of fruit and juice my veggies:)
