Ok, since I am so close to the show I am letting the cat COMPLETELY out of the bag. I am doing the show also  Should come in as Light Heavyweight, but MIGHT come in as heavyweight depending on my dehydration. Very close to say 195-200 probably. Here is a pic from 2 Weeks out (1 week ago). We will probably take more today.... |

Haha, funny guys. Well, its Saturday and I started upping my H2O intake, and Sodium. I had one last high day of carbs, about 250g (consisting of Sweet Potatoes and Oatmeal only) to shock the system for tomorrow. Sunday through Wed afternoon I am no carb and all Chicken/White Fish. I feel like a bloated whale right now (gotta love sodium but will tighten up a bit tomorrow when the carbs are eliminated. We are posing tomorrow afternoon and will take pics, hopefully they turn out good! |

Looking really good HC! That front "arms over-head" shot is a good pose for you. There's alot going on there with the abs. serratus and obliques standing out really well.(use it often!! the shit-grin on your face isn't bad either!! ) AND...as a plus, you look relaxed while hitting it as some people tend to over-pose this and come off looking like they are in some kind of pain! Good luck to you in the comp, bro! I'll be cheering for ya! Haha! Jack. |
