Hi,
Since I've started lifting I've just been trying to add as much quality mass as I can, and now I'm preparing to go on my first cut.

I'm 5'9" tall, weigh 170lbs and would just like to cut until everything looks just perfect to myself. It's not going to take a lot at all but I still need advice on what to do.

Currently I'm eating roughly

300g Protein a day,
350 -400g Carbs a day and this is keeping me going as I am

What would I need to do to cut? Drop the carbs and up the protein to make up for the lost calories is my best guess but  I'm just not sure how to exactly do that, thanks Smiley
