Beef - remember what happened to nightwalker when i made him do 100 hindus in a row? lol

we are blessed to have a "sissy squat" aparatus in our new gym, the most basic of equipment, the most bang for your quads....

 "Smith Machine". I always use it when repping out 400, 500lbs or more while squating, and I love it for incline benching as well! I think that there is NO excersize that one CANNOT do on this contraption...all you need is a little immagination! Truley a great, great piece of equipment ( i wish that i would have invented it)

Nope sorry JT but what QOD is talking about is a piece of equipment designed for only sissy squats. It's a platform that has an adjustable pad against your calf and an adjustable roller pad to hook your feet under then you just lean back and squat it's virtually the same as free hand sissy squats but you don't have to hold onto something stationary for balance.
