Ya and being that I haven't trained for a week (reno's at my gym) I'm feeling my age! Damn I hate not training it makes me feel like CRAP!

Ouch, I'm feeling your pain. I've not been training long but I HATE missing even a single workout. Held my motivation over chrismtas, and although my workouts haven't been ground breaking they have taken place and everything is feeling good.

Anyway, you've been the most help I could ever ask for since joining these forums so for that I thank you.
