Just kidding guys! Looks like ya had a good workout.
Back/bis/tris/ and calves..... Damn!

And I must say, I'd never seen smith machine seated calf raises.... nicely done!

We also did T-bar rows (off the floor), DB pullovers @ 100lbs., some ab and oblique work and about 30 minutes of cardio.

Thanx all! Yeah Bad Bob...before I thought of it...I never saw it either!! that Smith Machine calf raise was created by yours-truely out of necessity as everything else available to me just was NOT doing the job. Try 'em some time. They are awesome and hit you really hard at the top (full contraction). Change-up the "toe" position and you've got it all! They just stemed from my creative nature... Grin
