How many mg. of Tribulus is everyone taking? I have got 750 mg. pills, the directions say take one in the morning and one at night.

3 grams a day for me, and it definitely helps maintain natural test prodution if you use a good quality. Most trib nay-sayers don't use enough of a quality product.

I was taking Tribex and following the directions on the bottle taking 1-2 tabs/twice a day.

each serving of 2 tabs is 840mg


Should I take more ?

I take 3 grams a day. Take in consideration that I'm 54, and have been on supplemental test and other anabolics much of the time for a number of years. I prefer trib to HCG.

Out of interest how old are ya. 'Cause if you're a young'un then chances are that unless your using AAS you'll be producing more than enough natural test so no the trib my not help. Now for an older AAS using BB I get TONS of bang for my buck using trib. I use PVL trib but it's a Canadian brand.

Ah one of us "seasoned" athletes. I wonder if maybe you aren't at the stage in life yet that you may need trib. There are always anomalies that don't conform to the rest of the pack, so you may have high normal test levels to begin with, and if that's the case then you are one lucky bastard!

Well there's always some signs to look for IE lack of sex drive, lack of energy, loss of muscle mass/strength, fat increase (even on a tight nutrition plan), slight to extreme depression, so these are some of the signs but if you go see the Dr make sure he does total as well as unbound/free test levels (bound test is useless, and as we age SHBG increases), LH levels, FSH levels etc of course it's only really helpfull if you have your test levels tested back when you were a young'un so as to make an accurate comparison, but there is a very generalized chart that Drs go by.

Most companies suggest running trib no more than 3 months (12 weeks) with 3-4 weeks before starting again.  Thats what I do personally when I run trib.
