What is the best method to measure body fat percentage?  I have calipers at home, but they seem to be wildly inaccurate?  I just had a health screening done and I was very disappointed to find I am currently almost 22%!!  Yikes.  I thought I was closer to 18-20%.

Looks like I have to hit the cardio harder.  Any other tips for minimizing body fat?

It's all about the diet.  No way around it. As far as the actual %, it isn't particularly important, really. If you are looking good, feeling good, and performing well, the number will take care of itself, whatever it is.

As MnB said, diet is the # 1 most important thing without contest.  For me (and  most) its lower the carbs, up the protein & healthy fats, lower the calories in small increments (400calories or so) every few weeks and keep your water intake up.

Once you got your diet down the fat will start to peel off.  Cardio is something that needs to be done as well but without the diet it wont do much.   Whats your diet like now?  And your stats?

My diet it relatively clean.  I eat as much protien as I can.  I'm actually re-working the diet as we speak.  Beginning last week I have been eating the following.  Prior to that I wasn't as structured and I'd skip breakfast a lot or eat mostly carb cereal or oatmeal.

Breakfast - 2-3 eggs with ham or lean sausage and 1 slice of whole wheat toast
Mid-Morning - Labrada low carb protein shake
Workout
Post workout Muscle Juice protien+ drink
Late Day (4:00) 1 can tuna/chicken and one hardboiled egg
Dinner - lean meat with veggies, maybe rice or sweet potato
Later Evening (8:00ish) nuts (almonds, peanuts, etc)  usually a large handful +/-

Now I will admit that often I will have a drink when I get home from work and maybe another with the late evening snack.  Either 2oz vodka or a beer.  I know.....not good.  But hey, I work for a living!!

That is during the week.  The weekends usually get more tricky, but I stay pretty clean.  Maybe out to eat one night.

I think I need to add more water and really work to stay cleaner, plus more cardio and I should get there pretty quickly.

Just as a side note, don't overdo the cardio.

Depends on your goals. 3 x a week is good for you health and conditionig wise, but you may want to do more if you are trying to get seriously lean. It will cost you a little muscle size.
