Backround...22yo 6'3 213lbs 9%bf(the clamp test so probably off a bit), lifting 4years.

Ok that being said i've never used AAS before but i've started doing research as i seem to have hit a wall in my lifting that neither changing diet/programs or shocking principles will get me past. I have done ALOT of research and i feel like after i read an article with "side effects" or "preventing" in the tittle that there is something else that i should add to my cycle. I understand Nolva or clim(i dont know how to spell them) to block estrogen receptors(right?) but does that go with your AAS or is it like have it for just in case? Is that the same with the hairloss stuff?

Also i was talking to my friend, and he was telling me what he can get and so i did research on each of them, the side effects and what there for and such but nothing says whats good to start with. What im asking is what should i get to stack to make a good cycle and what all do i need to cycle off it properly?

First off, good for you for asking questions and studying up on AAS a bit. This is the FIRST thing someone should do in your situation.

Secondly, you should research a little more, and become familiar with PCT (Post cycle therapy) and how it works. ALWAYS have your PCT before you start a cycle, better to be safe than sorry. Yes have things just in case also, if sides emerge like gyno (have nolvadex or arimidex on hand at all times).

When you say you did "research" on your items available, what does this comprise of? A simple Google search? This can yeild good information, but also very misleading information. I suggest you get some reference material to refer to when learning about specific products and how to stack them properly for a beginner cycle. The Anabolics 2007 book just came out, at almost 1,000 pages its a must have: http://www.hardcorebodybuilding.net/anabolics2007/order.htm

if you have any money order it.

There are many bread and butter stacks out there that can yield good results, its a matter of what you have available.

Hope that helps,

Bump Hardcore's post. You need to understand PCT before you start, and be sure to have your whole cycle in hand before starting. You are still a little young, and it's possible you could still gain naturally. Tell us a little more about your current diet and training, especially diet.
Having said that....You can't beat a simple testosterone only cycle for your first one. 300 mg to no more than 500 mg a week will yeild great results. no need to stack yet.

Day 1 - Chest/calves
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Shoulders/Tri's
Day 4 - Legs
Day 5 - Bi's/4arms
Day 6 - Off
Day 7 - Off

I go to the gym twice a day, in the morning i do 20-30 minutes of either running/swimming or heavy bag work along with abs. In the afternoon i go and lift with the above split. For my body i NEED to go to lift at least 5 days a week and with high volume to see the best results. I've been trying to figure out why i cant post anything and it just starting working again for me as of late but i still cant copy and paste my workout and meal plan so please bear with the multiple postings.

I recently changed from having heavy exercises in my back workout to try and bring my back up to size with my arms. When i would get done with a back workout my back would be tight but my bi's would have a huge pump like i just spent the afternoon doing curls. I put these lifts in becuase of how little they use the arms,  but i know what your saying and ill put em back in if this current routine doesnt help any, ive only been doing it a week. What do you think of my shoulder routine?(I currently do rear delts and traps with back)
